In 1994, Michael Graves designed the Euclid collection for Alessi, tableware whose shapes were inspired by the principles of Euclidean geometry. Made of thermoplastic resin, the pieces in the Euclid series had saturated, bright colors - red, blue, green and yellow - that expressed the energy and creativity typical of Graves' work. This vibrant palette was revived in 2023 for the one-liter version of the famous 9093 kettle, with its bird-shaped whistle: entirely contemporary colors that confirm the author's talent for creating timeless designs.
