With Slow coffee by Keiji Takeuchi, Alessi proposes an innovative exploration of coffee preparation methods through percolation, which completely preserves the sensory and organoleptic qualities of coffee. Consisting of a coffee grinder, a carafe and a filter holder with filter, preparing coffee from fresh beans grinding through slow percolation means transforming a daily routine into a special experience.
Keiji Takeuchi
He worked for Naoto Fukasawa in Tokyo and later moved to Milan to set up Naoto’s European office. He established his studio in Milan in late 2015.
