The partnership with young Italian designer Gabriele Rosa has led to the design of the “Twisted” measuring jug. A designer who loves to experiment in order to come up with functionally innovative and aesthetically sophisticated objects, Rosa interprets the shape of the spiral in an object with a linear yet concurrently expressive design. The distinguishing feature of “Twisted” is the helical-shaped graduated scale, designed to be read from above, simply and intuitively.

Gabriele Rosa

Gabriele Rosa was born in 1982 in Rome where he got his degree in Industrial Design. While still a student he had his first experiences at Poltrona Frau Group and later he worked in Fuksas architecture studios. In 2008 he set up his own practice and designed the first product for Zanotta. In the following years he gained awards and international attention thanks to very innovative projects, characterized by typological experimentation and sculptural aesthetics.
